Service Description
Kosher Card provides an automated phone service that allows customers to create custom Jewish event invitations (Kiddush, Bris, Bar Mitzvah, and more). Invitations are delivered via SMS/MMS, email, fax, or print at authorized locations.
SMS Messaging Terms

Message frequency: One message per order (one-time delivery)

Consent to Receive Messages
By calling our service at (845) 506-1338 and pressing 4 on your keypad to select SMS delivery, you provide express consent to receive a one-time MMS message containing your invitation. This explicit keypress during your active phone call is your opt-in to receive SMS. No recurring messages will be sent without additional consent.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Pricing
- Basic invitation creation: fee applies per order
- Print copies: $1.00 per copy above the first
- SMS/MMS delivery: included with order
- Email delivery: included with order
- Fax delivery: included with order
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during your call, including names, dates, and addresses. Kosher Card is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the caller.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of each invitation, refunds are not available once an invitation has been generated. Please review all information carefully before confirming your order.
Limitation of Liability
Kosher Card's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier networks or third-party delivery services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
