Kosher Card ("we", "our", or "us") operates an automated phone-based invitation creation service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
When you use our phone service, we may collect:
- Your phone number (caller ID)
- Names and event details you provide during the call
- Event date, location, and address information
- Your preferred delivery method (SMS, email, fax, or print)
- Email address or fax number if provided for delivery
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Generate your custom invitation
- Deliver your invitation via your chosen method
- Process and fulfill your print order
- Improve our service quality
SMS and MMS Messaging
By selecting SMS delivery during your call, you consent to receive a one-time MMS message containing your invitation. We will not send marketing messages or recurring texts. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
How you opt in: When you call our IVR system at (845) 506-1338 and press 4 on your keypad to select text message delivery, this explicit keypress constitutes your express consent to receive one transactional MMS message containing your invitation. Messages are sent from (845) 506-1338.
Message frequency: One message per order only. No recurring messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or subcontractors for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate our system (such as cloud hosting and messaging platforms), and only to the extent required to deliver your invitation.
Data Retention
Your order information and invitation files are retained for up to 90 days to allow for reprints or re-delivery. After that period, data is deleted from our systems.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage and secure transmission to protect your information.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
